The Renommee is the successor to our most successful Casablanca ever, the
Prestige. The Renomeee is available in two different versions, giving users a
choice of specifications:
- Renomee with an Intel Pentium 4 processor 3.0 GHz, 512 MB DDR-RAM
- Renomee PLUS with an Intel Pentium 4 processor, 3.8 GHz, 1024 MB DDR2-RAM
RENOMMEE PLUS
Renommee Plus is the new powerhouse of the MacroSystem family. It features a 3.8
gig processor, 1 gig memory, 300 gig REMOVABLE hard drive, built-in DVD recorder
(and audio CD player), and the new SmartEdit SE5 (HDV)software. Although it
features RCA, S-video, and Firewire inputs/outputs — the Renommee handles DV as
well as HDV video. Pricing is under $3999. There are added discounts for
existing Casablanca users.
Casablanca Renomee Plus with an Intel Pentium 4 processor
(3.8 GHz) & 1024 MB DDR2-RAM
The all-new Casablanca Renommee Plus incorporates the latest
technological advances to bring you the fastest Casablanca ever. In terms of
rendering and processing speed, the Renommee Plus equals the Solitaire Plus.
Each Renommee is shipped with a 300 GB hard-drive in an exchangeable drive sled
and with a Dual-Layer Pioneer DVD burner (latest model).
Software is installed from CD/DVD – due to this, the Renommee no longer requires
a Smart Media drive. Of course, all required front and back connectors are still
there.
Casablanca Renommee is shipped with Smart Edit 5. The Renommee Plus is almost
five times faster than a Prestige! This makes Renommee Plus the ideal machine
for demanding users. The Renommee Plus’ high performance capabilities make it
ideal for the demands of HDV editing.
